Orders, delivery and care
- How do I pay?
- Cash on delivery anywhere in Bangladesh, or bKash and Nagad at checkout.
- Is shipping free?
- Free on orders above ৳2,000. Below that it is ৳60 inside Dhaka and ৳120 elsewhere.
- How do I wash a table runner?
- Cold hand wash, mild detergent, dry flat in shade. Jute mats should only be spot-cleaned.
- Will the colours match the photos?
- Very closely. Every piece is handmade, so small variations in pattern and shade are normal and part of its character.
- Can I return a product?
- Yes, within 7 days, unused and in its packaging. See Returns & Refunds.
- Do you make sets for larger tables?
- Yes — 8- and 10-seater sets are made to order in 7–10 days.
